The past few days the Council Bluffs and Iowa public service scanner audio feed has been having some problems. I am sorry for the problems. I have been working to trouble shoot the issue and after a lot of searching I found the Linksys router was failing. It was not bad, just acting up so it was hard to catch. I caused me to check a number of other things before I found the problem (or think I found the problem). I had to get a replacement for the router and set it up. Things seem to be back to normal with the live audio feed and the system. I will keep a eye on it. I am sorry for the problem and hope you enjoy the feed and tell others about it.
