The GMRS repeater active again in the Council Bluffs, Iowa area. It is a local repeater but open to the public for use, it is The 25 watt repeater on the 462/467.550 frequency and it has a DPL (DCS) of 754.
See http://members.cox.net/miked2000/gmrs.htm for more information. Scanner users should use repeter output of 462.220 if they want to moitor the repeater. If your scanner can decode pl/dpl tones you can put the 754 dpl tone in to avoide the noise on the freq.
