Early this morning, the man was jogging on the MoPac trail when the 14 and 15-year-olds stabbed him in the shoulder. -------------------------------- A 28-year-old Omaha woman is the latest victim in a rash of violence in the city. On Monday afternoon, Johnnie Dennis was sitting on the front porch of a home on Florence Boulevard when shots rang out. Dennis was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Dennis is the 20th person to be shot in Omaha in the last eleven days. --------------------------------------- An employee of a South Omaha bar is recovering at Creighton Medical Center this morning from gunshot wounds he received Saturday night. Police were first called to the La Luna Bar at 20th and "Q" around 10:30 when they received a report of a fight involving three bar patrons and an employee. The three men were removed from the bar before police arrived, but officers were called back to the bar 15 minutes later when one of the men returned with a gun and opened fire. Roberto Caballero was the victim of the gunfire. --------------------------------
A postal carrier told Omaha police on Tuesday that he was shot by two teenage boys near 41st and L streets.
