(Omaha, NE) -- A 16-year-old Benson High School student will spend the rest of the year at home after bringing a gun to school. After receiving tips from other students, school administrators found a gun and loaded clip in the teen's gym locker. Under the school's rules, violating the weapons policy is grounds for automatic expulsion for one year. The student was arrested and taken to the Douglas County Youth Center.
Omaha, NE) -- Omaha police are on the lookout for the man who robbed a sandwich shop Monday night. The suspect placed an order at the Subway Sandwich Shop on North 30th near Ernst Street just before 8:00, then pulled a gun and demanded money from the employee at the register. The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s, about six-feet tall. He was last seen heading south on 30th.
