Rich has also suggested we have a volunteer bar tender to make sure the stock is preserved and that only paid members are served. We need to discuss the policy of Hospitality room operations. Rich has proposed that during the quarterly meetings, that a tag be sold for the entire weekend for $10.00. There won't be one price for Friday only and another for all weekend. Further, spouses and guest must purchase a tag for the weekend and be sponosred by a senate member.
I would like to get everyone suggestion to formulate a policy.
