It is great sadness that I have to report tonight the death of William Martin, Senator #16573 on November 4th. Bill Martin served the Michigan JCI Senate as our 5th State President.

I received the news today from his daughter, Pam Sauter. The only contact information I have currently is her email address: psauter@qualcomm.com. She has promised to forward funeral arrangements to me as they become available. Our last known address for Bill was in Florida.
Pam is also trying to get ahold of Dick Small. If anyone has a phone number or email for Dick, please forward it to Pam. I have sent her his home mailing address.
