Poaching by Sparta coaches

Just wanted to now why Ameer the coach of Sparta and Paul Gesse keep on poaching players. These guys have been consistantly trying to get players from other teams during the season to sign with them. Thats BS not to mention thats absolute bull . The league should have a word with Ameer he needs to start respecting other clubs.
