Posted by Jocelyn White You melt the chocolate in a pot or in the micro wave Then you put down some seran wrap and put some tooth picks on it then put the melted chocolate in a zip lock bag and cut off a corner of it drizle it over the tooth picks then if you want the rice crispes in with it you sprinkle those on half way throught the drizleing and the drizle some more chocolate on it to cover them then put some sprinkles on let cool in freezer or on the counter top You will love it i do Yumm Yumm

Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips
Get some sprinkles
and if you like that crunch bar put some rice crispes in with it
