Posted by Gleeva Kolb Angel Food Pineapple Muffins 1 box angel food cake mix Add the angel food cake mix and 20oz. can of crushed pineapple with the juice. Mix by hand or with electic mixer. Add nothing else to the cake mix. Pour into individual cup cake liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the tops are a dark brown. "I've also used Pineapple Tidbits instead of the crushed Pineapple."
