Posted by Leah Van Loosen In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 8 min. or until browned. Set aside. Pour off fat. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Place chicken on rice mixture. Cover and simmer over low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done. Serves 4.

1 T. vegetable oil
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/3 cups uncooked instant rice
2 cups fresh or thawed frozen broccoli flowerets
