1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups finely cut rhubarb
TOPPING
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp of flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp margarine
cream butter and sugar together, Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Mix flour and baking soda. Stir in rhubarb. Turn into greased 9x13 pan.
Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle over cake and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
