I was looking at the New Elk and Royal Purple site. Great Looking Site!
My Husband is a Elk {Parksville Qualicum} and being one to always look at recipes I noticed the Cherokee Casserole. I just googled it and it gave a few recipes for it. So I hope it helps you find the one you are looking for.
