Italian beef and minute rice

I found this recipe in the local paper here in Minneapolis and it got misplaced, it had italian spices, garlic, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, green peppers and minute rice and onions in it. If any-one has this recipe or on simular to it, it would be greatly appreciated.
