To die for !
3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2c. flour
1 can eagle brand milk
2tbsps margarine
1/2 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1pkg skor toffee bits or 4 bars.(chopped )
Cream together first three ingredients until blended. Press into 9 by 13 in. pan. Bake @ 350 degree oven for 15 min. or until lightly brown. Let cool.
Hear milk and margarine in heavy saucepan,stirring constantly over med. heat until thick (about 5 min.)
Spread over baked base -bake 12-15 min.-until golden brown.
Sprinkle choc. chips evenly over cake and return to oven for 2 min. Spred evenly.
Sprinkle skor bars or toffee bits over choc. layer and press lightly into the cake.
