Did you know....the TMCCC racing series is the largest club vs. club racing events in the country?

the description I read at

it sounds more like a trans brake and the rpm more like a neutral rev limiter.
Not owning one, I don't know, but suspect you could pedal any rpm up to 4500 and the trans wouldn't go until the brake is released.
