Results from Texas Motor Plex Ennis April 26th

Congratulations to all the racers who came out for the Race at the Motorplex April 26th. Here are some of the results:

STOCK Muscle
Winner: Vincent Iarrobino, Dallas Mopar Club 88 T-bird. 16.856.

Runner Up: Ashley Wiggin, Cowtown Mopars, Dodge Ram 16.099. A real up and comer, you guys beware !!

Semi: Randy Cryer, GM Performance Muscle Cars, 17.626

STREET Muscle
Winner: Richard "STUMPY" Brownell, Cowtown Mopars, 74 Dodge Ram, 15.236. Cool job considering he had a blown head gasket.

Runner Up: Ray Bodenstiener, LoneStar Cougar Club, 14.025. Nice to see Mr. Ray racing with us and doing well.

Semi's: Mark Goolsbay, GM Performance Muscle Cars, 14.43
Robert Vaughn, Dallas Mopar Club, 14.48

SUPER Muscle
Winner: David Huffman, Cowtown Mopars, 01 Dakota, 13.71.

Runner up: Michael Stobs, North Texas Mustang Club, 06 Mustang, 13.034

Semi: Rich Lemmon, Cowtown Mopars, 67 Dodge Dart, 13.50 (Red Light)

KING Muscle
Winner: David Dudley, Dallas Area Pontiac Club, 62 Corvette, 12.542. David was putting them down today, great job !!

Runner Up: Jerry Neil, Torque Central Car Club, 75 Nova, 12.266

Semi: Grady Hentz, Cowtown Mopars, 67 Coronet RT, 12.727. A rare red light for Grady.

PRO Muscle
Winner: Roger Melton, South Dallas Racing Association, 70 Challenger, 11.298. Roger and his Challenger are tough, and going to be hard to beat this year.

Runner Up: Mark Buchanan, Cowtown Mopars, 64 Dodge, 11.763. New car this year, but Mark has already got it running like it's on a string, good going Mark.

Semi's: Glenn Stuckey, Torque Central Car Club
Allen Kaus, Lone Star Corvette Club

SUPER PRO Muscle
Winner: Mac Sibley, Beat The Heat, 78 Fairmont, 10.023. Great job today - -Mac knows his car probably better than anyone in the series. Thanks for playing with us Mac !!

Runner Up: Mark Klinger, North Texas Mustang Club, 85 Mercury, 10.869

Semi: David Rhoten, Cowtown Mopars, 67 Plymouth GTX, 10.43, Awesome Nostagia Super Stocker !!

ELECTRONICS
Winner: Jim McCullin, GM Performance Muscle Cars, 69 Olds Cutlass, 10.688-- This guy was the best of the best all day long, His Olds was doing 1.41 60ft times. An awesome display of driving !!

Runner Up Larry Benson, Lone Star Corvette Club, 56 Corvette, 10.08

Semis Aaron Boon, Cowtown Mopars, 74 Dodge Dart, 10.09. A dead cell in a battery killed his chances today. I think he wanted to fire his crew chief !!
Charlie Ford, Lone Star Corvette Club, 63 Corvette, 8.392. One of the quickest cars and great driving.

RACE OF CHAMPIONS
Winner Paul Brown, North Texas Car Club, 11.773

Runner Up Shawn Patterson, Dallas Area Pontiac Assn, 10.302

Hope everyone had lots of fun. Thanks to the Motorplex for running a good race. Thanks to Ron and Charlene Dillinger for Promoting the Texas Muscle Car Club Challenge Series - - you guys are the best.
