I have straps. Two things. The book is not that clear. I have the cell sitting on the floor and have it cut for the sump." straps top and bottom bolted or welded to frame in trunk". This is not in the rules but in the typical fuel cell instalation, and mine does not fit any of these pictures. Does the floor count as the frame or do I need to make a 1" frame. Also do I need to make a box for the sump part. It is the only thing that sticks through the floor. The rule states I need a box "excuding hose connection area in rear". I have an aluminum cell " Non metallic fuel cells must have a ground". Mine is metallic right so I don't think I need a ground. I will do the firewall later. The reson I am asking so much is I would like to do this only one time. Also I spent alot on the batery box, switch, nitrous blowdown and many safety thigs and the guy at the motorplex told me it was overkill I did not need it. So just asking. Thank's for the help.
