All,
Please spread the word of this important message.
We will run the Big Dog and Big Dog "E" races this Sunday at Kennedale. So make sure everyone who has won his class at least once this year knows about this. The Trans Brake winners will run with the Electronics in the Big Dog "E". The awards for the Big Dog races will be passed out at the banquet on Nov. 17.
Because of the time constaint with the Big Dog races, there will be no Race of Champions at Kennedale this Sunday. Further, the winners at Redline on Nov. 4 will qualify to run in the Big dog Races in 2008.
Also, for those of us still in and will be going to Redline on Nov. 4, please note the following:
Gates will open at 8:00am with first time trial at 9:00am. Please be there on time. We will get either one or two time trials depending on how many cars show up and if we get there on time so we can have our first time trial at 9:00.
Spectators will get back in for free if you saved the ticket you received when you paid your way in on the original date of the race. If you did not save your ticket or can't find it, you will have to pay the spectator fee again which is $10.00. Don't try to argue your way in because it won't work. Also, a word to the wise, Redline knows the number sequence of the tickets they passed out so don't try to get in with a ticket from some other race track.
Again, because of time constraints, there will be no ROC at Redline on Nov. 4.
As mentioned above, the winners of this race will qualify to run the Big Dog races in 2008.
Also, please plan to be at the banquet this year. It is going to be an "all you can eat deal" of barbeque beef, chicken, pork, and sausage with all the fixins'. -- All for $12.00 per person. Come hungry!!
