Uh.... Actually, this contest is OPEN TO ALL! Wherever you live! Whether it be... PA, TEXAS, ALASKA, or even AFRICA!
(However, Does it really snow in Africa?) Only contestants not eligible for this contest are "space creatures" only "Earthlings" may apply for the contest! Just Build a SNOW SCULPTURE, TAKE A PICTURE of it, and SEND IT TO US!
