Sausage Cheese Biscuits 1-1/2 c. biscuit mix 8 oz. bulk Italian sausage 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese Cook sausage. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, drained sausage and cheese. Mix until completely blended. Shape into 1/2" balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 3 to 3 1/2 dozen. Source is David
