Cantaloupe And Cherry Tomato Salsa
2 cups fresh diced cantaloupe (produce department)
2 cups quartered cherry tomatoes (produce department)
1/4 cup minced shallots (produce department)
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (produce department)
2 tablespoons minced and seeded jalapeno peppers (aisle #8)
1 teaspoon grated orange peel/rind (spice rack end of aisle # 11)
2 tablespoons orange juice (dairy department)
2 tablespoon lime juice (aisle # 2)
1/4 teaspoon salt (aisle # 11)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper (spice rack end of aisle # 11)
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
