Halloween Smoos
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted shortening
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 teaspoons baking powder
Beat eggs until light. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add milk and shortening. Drop by teaspoons into hot fat. Roll into confectioners' sugar.
