Chocolate Covered Oreo Cookies from Susan
One bag of OreoŽ cookies
One 8-ounce package of cream cheese
One package semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)
Take cookies and place them in a food processor and process until
fine.
Add cream cheese and process until combined. Roll into small balls and
freeze for 15-20 minutes. Slowly melt chocolate chips or milk chocolate.
Using a toothpick dip each ball into the chocolate and place on a cookie sheet
until cooled completely.

Store tightly closed.
