This could be for me...if I use the precooked bacon...

: One bite of this rigatoni medley and you'll
: be bacon for more. The combination of bacon,

: 8 oz. (3 cups) uncooked dried rigatoni
: 8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
: 2 cups broccoli florets
: 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh garlic
: 2 cups (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
: 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
: 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
: 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
: Cook rigatoni according to package
: directions. Drain; set aside. Meanwhile, in
: 10-inch skillet cook bacon over medium-high
: heat, stirring occasionally, until bacon is
: crisp (6 to 8 minutes). Reduce heat to
: medium. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook,
