Apple Crumble
This is a new and easy twist on Apple Crisp!
8 med apples, peeled and cored
1 C Water
1 Box Cake Mix (yellow, white or spice)
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 TBS Cinnamon
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray bottom of 9X13 pan. Slice apples into bottom of pan. Cover with 1C water. Set aside. In a medium bowl mix together with a fork: Cake Mix, Butter, Cinnamon and Brown Sugar until crumbled. Sprinkle crumb topping over the apples.
Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, 50 - 55 min until golden brown. (You may want to put a cookie sheet under the pan - it tends to bubble over.)
Cook Time: 55 Min
Servings: 12
