Grilled Sour Cream Burgers
1/2 cup commercial sour cream/French onion
3 Tbs. fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 dash PEPPER
1 lb. ground beef
4 Hamburger buns; buttered and toasted
Commercial sour cream/French onion
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef; stir
until blended. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick. Grill over
medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with
additional sour cream dip, if desired.
