Honey Carrots
6 small carrots
2 TBL margarine
1 TBL brown sugar
1 TBL honey
Cook carrots in salted water until tender. Drain. Melt margarine in pan, add sugar, honey and carrots. Cook over low heat, turning often until glazed.
