Halloween Treats
from Tami
It's Halloween and the little goblins are chomping down candy!
This could cause your child to have a severe case of diarrhea. Take a look in their candy bag -- some of your neighbors may have been giving out sugar-free candy for trick-or-treating.
According to the journal Postgraduate Medicine, sugar-free candy often uses sorbitol as a sweetening agent. Sorbitol is sweet and safe, but it can also be an effective laxative. Rule out the candy before you treat the diarrhea.
