" Driving could be a very expensive option, with the congestion charge and cameras everywhere clocking people exceeding the now reduced speed limits (mostly 20 mph, I believe). Wokey Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury was fined £500 for doing 25 in a 20 zone recently, and if they can nail god's main man, the heathen hordes of County will have no chance.
