We signed Callum Camps, Connor Evans and Akil Wright in the summer.
Camps I doubt is on anymore than he was at Fleetwood, because it's out there that he's on half of what County originally offered him in the summer. That would suggest County were going to be doubling his Fleetwood wages, which seems unlikely. It's a 3 year deal and I imagine it's fairly good money still, but I don't think you can label a contract that we know is half of what County were originally willing to pay as 'lucrative'.
I don't doubt in the slightest that Wright and Evans are on more money than they were at York and Torquay, but again it's difficult to call either contract 'lucrative' unless you know what they're on. We also know that the combined deals for Evans and Wright were considered cheaper than bringing in Camps at his original asking price; another sign their contracts aren't lucrative.
Without figures, there's nothing to suggest we've overspent on any of them.
Anything to add? Or should I expect more emojis and 'LMAO's because you know your argument is on its arse?
