We need to draw a line under yesterday and not dwell on it. Had we lost 1-0 to a dodgy penalty decision we'd be in pretty much the same situation we are now but we'd be more optimistic; so I'm pretending that is what happened! In some ways the remaining 2 games seem less scary than the 3 games including Wrexham. Wrexham was always going to be very tricky, and potentially a huge let down, since we know they are so good up front. But Torquay are a different proposition; okay, a decent side, but not outstanding and they don't have anything to play for. I'm sure the players will be able to dust themselves down and focus on securing the 3 points against Torquay to send us into the last day with a very good chance. They're so close now I just can't see them letting Torquay and Halifax get the better of us. We're still the bookies' strong favourite, and I'm sure any Wrexham fan would swap with us given the chance.
