They think nothing of chucking stuff from the top tier, lobbing stones at random away fans leaving the Railway End after games, smashing toilets at away grounds, generally being a first dregree arsehole as they think they are untouchable. Short sharp shocks will bring them down a peg or two. Target the cocky ringleader(s) with a ban and generally the rest will just fade away. Perhaps the four that have been banned are those sorts.
