No, what I'm saying is up until the point he told Motherwell that he no longer wanted to manage the club, they wanted him to sign a new deal. No question that he's an abrasive personality when he wants to be, but my point is that he's only on record as being removed from a role due to man management issues once at Port Vale.
And yes, people can read between the lines about him leaving County and many have done, however whenever people argue the other side of the coin and say it wasn't the right decision to sack him in January we're told we can't know that as we don't know the true circumstances behind why he left.
My point is that if one side can't claim the sacking was wrong, then the other side shouldn't be able to assume it was a man management issue why he was sacked.
If we don't know why he was sacked in January then neither conclusion holds more weight than the other.
