    Don't often post but for fk sake the level of some "debate" on here is bloody childish.
    Last time I posted I said I thought it was a mistake to dump Jim. In as much as the only part of our club that didn't need fixing was manager, I still feel the manager could have, would have got us back to the FL and further. That is just what he has done year after year.
    However, I now understand why. Our owner is without doubt a very successful businessman. What he is doing at County is applying the same business model. Time will tell if it is successful, I believe it is very likely that it will be. Unfortunately, Jim is very good at running virtually the whole football operation, including scouting and bringing in new players for an example. So he is just not cut out for the structure of the business model that has been so successful for Mr Stott in the past. Therefore the split.
    Now the club will move on. The initial bitter taste left in my mouth was largely because of past disgraceful terminations by the club. Alan Ogley, Danny Bergara and Jim himself, but this is not the people who did those things. It does not appear to be a similar case this time. Alan, Danny and Jim will each always be one of us and beloved by all true County fans for what they gave to this club.
    This most recent split was simply because Jim is not a good fit within the new business model at the club.
    Love Jim Gannon but I am waiting to see, and hoping for, a new successful era at my club.
    Now quit the constant bitching at other fans, will ya.
