Obviously we have to go for it this season and hope we can pull a rabbit out of the hat.
Next season will be difficult, firstly we won't be the only side spending money, secondly new teams rarely start well and sustain it.
By the end of 20/21 I will be happy if we have;
A Full Time Professional Manager, Coaching Team, Playing Squad and backroom staff.
A Full Time interim Training Complex.
Cheadle End refurbished and plans submitted for redevelopment of the ground.
A deal done to acquire permanent Training Complex.
Then by the end of 21/22, I would be happy if we went up with a solid squad capable of competing at League Level.
Any of that comes quicker, great, but we are looking to transform from a piss poor volunteer-dependent semi-professional outfit with an infrastructure that many local Junior Football Clubs put to shame...
