I saw the incident at Barking and the guy will never know he was inches from a life changing/ending injury.
He missed the live rail on the tube tracks by inches, completely by luck rather than judgement. The tube was going slow enough that he was never in danger of being hit by it but touching that live rail would have been catastrophic.
Awful stuff.
That whole little group were a bit of an embarrassment tbh. One lad had visibly pissed himself and was falling over every thirty seconds. The language too. I’m not offended by bad language but there is a time and a place. A tube train on a Saturday afternoon is neither. The whole journey up from Liverpool Street to Dagenham was pretty embarrassing really, we didn’t put out a good image of the club.
It wasn’t even proper lads who other clubs would look at and think it was a decent showing, just pissed up kids and others who are old enough to know better acting up and making a nuisance of themselves.
