    I know a few that stopped going when we dropped into the National League and a few more when we dropped into the North.

    One of my friends is struggling to get his 10 year old son to games, because we are ‘non league’, so he isn’t really interested.

    I don’t really understand it, because in my mind you are either a County fan or your not, but it is important to your casual fan and something we have to live with.

    If we can deliver success on the pitch and continue the ticket initiatives by the Coop and the Club, we will increase attendances much more quickly.

    Also we need to leverage support from our current fan base. We’ve got around 1,000 youngsters that go to games, but we need to be getting them to bring 10 / 20 friends at least once a season. We are not leveraging this support properly and it could easily add 200 to the attendance of every game.

    I’ve got some plans which I will present to the Club once they get settled in properly.
