I suspect we could do similar if we had the same path as they've had.
Back in the early/mid-2000s (third tier) roughly 4500 was a typical home gate for us, increasing if we played the likes of Wednesday but rarely dropping below 4000 - can only really remember Colchester on a Tuesday night in the 3000s.
If we were to go up this season I think we'd be easily getting 5500/6000 on a regular basis next season, increasing with the bigger games. Momentum is a huge thing. If we'd been in the lower reaches of L2 for the last decade without ever challenging or enjoying any cup runs, much like Morecambe, I bet we'd be still getting crowds around the 3500-4500 mark.
