This covers that case fairly well. There are countless examples of party members having made very obviously antisemitic comments too, online - but the whole issue appears to be one of optics. When a member makes a clearly antisemitic comment, Labour appear to drag their heels. To their Jewish members, that must be appalling.
The nature of the coverage can mean the broader perception of the problem can be inflated, but as long as Labourís response is to attack coverage, rather than attacking the issue itself, itíll continue.
