The difference, if we have another referendum, is you're either for or against a clearly defined proposal that says 'this will happen, this will happen'. No suggestions of what may or may not, just clear things that been negotiated and are agreed. None of that happened last time.
Whatever the result is, it stands but it's against a defined proposal. If Leave wins, they win. If Remain wins, they win.
And regarding future General Elections, no. Of course not.
