Re: Brexit (none County)....
Yeas and no. When the Berlin Wall came down, the UK pushed for a broader and wider EU, which is what we got when Germany and France were keener on smaller and deeper. There is a two-speed Euro now, with fully paid up members of the Integration club and common market 2.0 in the outer circle. I would be happy to be in the outer circle. Iíd be happy to be in the EEA. Woollcott be happy to be out of agricultural and fisheries obligations as they are probably two of the worst aspects of EU.
We wonít have any influence at all if we leave. Well, next to none. We have diminished our international standing by the way we have gone about this. There has been nothing to like so far and we havenít even started to negotiate the real deal yet. I donít hold out much hope for this getting resolved any time soon. More mes ahoy.
