2) Where I would settle for - top-half League 2/bottom half League 1 - yo-yoing.
3) Where I think we could realistically settle (maybe after a few exciting years higher) if the right investment, work on and off the pitch, investment in the ground, facilities, training, marketing, work in the community, etc... was done - top half League 1/Bottom half Championship - yo-yoing as per Peterborough/Barnsley/Rotherham/ etc...
I think it would be good if we got a takeover and the intention from the new people was that 2) was the absolute minimum they were aiming to take the club to, and they were actually aiming to take the club to 3).
No reason why a club in Stockport can't be yo-yoing between the middle-two divisions - a nicely developed ground holding 15k - average crowds around 10k give/take 1k or 2k - depending on what division, how well we're doing, what the away support is like, if it's a big cup tie etc...etc.. The right investment and vision all round on and off the field and that's very achievable over a 10-15 year period of time.
