Having watched us at York last night we looked a mile off them and the FC Traitors victory felt like ages ago.
Our opponents looked faster, stronger and more organised while we looked like a team of part timers who had spent a day at work and were mentally and physically tired. Assuming that the current 3 training sessions will be increasing to 4 we are going to see some very tired performances if our players have to do a 35 hour per week job as well.
There will always be those who think that criticism comes as a result of a defeat. Not really. It comes as seeing a lack of urgency to do anything. If I was giving away Positivity, Optimism and Hope they would tell me to leave it with them.
For some County is the pre match ritual and the opposition or level is irrelevant. Not happy to be here but not so disappointed that you can tell. Criticism, no matter how constructive, is moaning. I can understand it but I don't agree with it.
League 1 or 2 would be brilliant. Players with value create the crowds and the money to get us there. It's possible. Why don't we give it a go?
