I guess that's my point. Remove Gannon, then what? They've not thought that far, and if they have they're winging it based on huge assumptions that Manager A would come here.
As it is, Gannon is doing a fine job for me, all things considered. He lost his best two players in the summer. Any team that suffers that will struggle to find its feet. Thankfully, we've replaced Lloyd not once, but twice via Warburton and Oswell. Stephenson hasn't done it yet but 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
Replacing Montrose was always going to be a very tough task. He's a League 2 player in waiting. Until we do that, we'll continue to leak more than we'd like and it'll hamper our play off push. Like it or not we're in a league that's stronger than it has been before, with more full time sides with more money than before. And the nature of our boardroom and recent financial instability means we're on a slightly different path for the moment. As frustrating as that is, it's what we have to put up with until someone credible comes along and throws a few million at it.
