IMO he needs to accept we have players at level six, training two days a week, and play them in a formation that suits their abilities and fitness levels.

In the weaknesses it says that for each system you need players with different skills and fitness levels to suit the system they are being asked to play.
I think it's asking a lot to expect part timers to have all the attributes to suit the numerous formations we seem to play on the field.
