Your exact words were "it was a majority of "those who voted".
42.4% voted Tory; 57.6% didn't. You can't have a majority of less than 50%.
Had your words been "more people voted Tory than voted for any other individual party" then yes, you'd be correct.
The fact is more people didn't vote Tory than those that did.
