Was lucky enough to get invited to the game on Sunday and had a full tour of the stadium and facilities.
Its coming to something when my wife cant stop praising a non league team for its boxes, bars numerous TV's in every area both for the general public and sponsors, and is constantly asking why we dont have this sort of thing at SCFC.
The thing she pointed out was the ammount of alcohol which was being drunk. Our host pointed out that the profit from alcohol sales would pay the players wages that day. Again only non league but what a great idea it was to sell our marketing and hospitality.
Who's idea was that?
