I thought that too. The most Peterborough could have expected this year was a battle against relegation.
As little as I think of Ferguson as a person, he is a good manager, who has done very well with Posh, playing good attacking football, signing quality young players.
He has had a bit of cash to spend though, and was never under pressure to sell players. Mclean and others stayed with the club from League 2, we lost Dicko and others as soon as they came good..
It's forever being beautiful...
