How do we know that Jim Melrose is not playing hardball with CS? We know the mess we are in is because the trust signed a suicidal deal.
What if he's just being really tough in his negotiations?
What if he's not willing to show his cards until everythings completed?
What if there is some money there but he doesn't want to alert every one to that?
I don't know if any of the above is the case but you never know. Maybe this could have been resolved ages ago if he for instance he agreed to let them have some of our income from player sales, ticket receipts, match day food and drink sales and sponsorship.
