With BK's plan to move away (possibly) from EP perhaps he'll want to offload the ground on the cheap.

I'd have thought about one and a half to two million pounds would be fair in the current market and given that "our" representatives (from the directors box) on the council would block any plans to redevelop the area

Then we can wave the egg chasers goodbye and start to redevelop the ground for the benefit of Stockport and its County
